Commercial Clerk Services (m/f/d)
Your tasks:
- Carrying out material procurements, orders and requirement notifications
- Order entry and invoice verification
- Processing of internal service allocations
- Processing of construction site documents
- Organisation of business trips
- Supervision and coordination of rental cars
- Processing and recording the time sheets of our fitters
- Ordering and invoicing of mechanics on loan
- General administrative tasks and office duties (mail, office supplies, catering for guests, filing)
Your profile:
- Completed commercial training
- High level of organisational skills coupled with a self-reliant and conscientious approach to work
- Good communication skills with a confident and friendly manner
- Confident handling of the current Microsoft Office applications
- Commitment and team spirit
- Knowledge of foreign languages in English would be an advantage
