Commercial Clerk Services (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

  • Carrying out material procurements, orders and requirement notifications
  • Order entry and invoice verification
  • Processing of internal service allocations
  • Processing of construction site documents
  • Organisation of business trips
  • Supervision and coordination of rental cars
  • Processing and recording the time sheets of our fitters
  • Ordering and invoicing of mechanics on loan
  • General administrative tasks and office duties (mail, office supplies, catering for guests, filing)

Your profile:

  • Completed commercial training
  • High level of organisational skills coupled with a self-reliant and conscientious approach to work
  • Good communication skills with a confident and friendly manner
  • Confident handling of the current Microsoft Office applications
  • Commitment and team spirit
  • Knowledge of foreign languages in English would be an advantage
