Construction Manager (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

  • Responsible for the organization, administration and occupational safety on site on the    construction site
  • Contact person on site for our customers, assembly companies and suppliers
  • Coordination and monitoring of appointments / materials / companies on our construction sites
  • Creation of reports / keeping the construction diary / displaying obstacles and process disruptions
  • Monitoring of the contractual conditions / costs / support of the project management in claim  management
  • Close cooperation with project leading and engineering

Your profile:

  • Completed vocational training in an electrical profession job and / or utility industry, further education as a bachelor / technician / master craftsman (m/f/d)
  • Ideally, Leadership experience on construction sites
  • Organized and efficient way of working even under deadline pressure
  • Good communication skills, confident dealing with business partners and strong assertiveness
  • High willingness to travel regularly domestically and abroad on longer periods
  • Very good spoken and written German skills
  • Good spoken and written English skills
  • Confident grasp of standard Microsoft Office applications
  • Commitment and team spirit as well as an independent and conscientious working approach
