Electrician - Facility Management Division (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

  • Maintenance and servicing of our building services equipment (heating, ventilation, air conditioning units, compressors)
  • Modifications to our electrical installation and energy distribution systems
  • Performance of recurring tests on the electrical systems and building services engineering
  • General building services tasks

Your profile:

  • Completed vocational training in an electrical trade
  • In-depth technical knowledge, preferably several years of work experience
  • Experience in the inspection and maintenance of building services equipment
  • Independent, reliable working approach and problem-solving capability
  • Good communication skills
  • Valid driver's license for on-road driving (equivalent to German Class B), preferably Class BE
  • Confident grasp of standard Microsoft Office applications
  • Commitment and team spirit, as well as an independent and conscientious working approach
